How/what url can I use to submit my site to Yahoo and Google for free where I'm allowed to use keywords?

The only free place I found for submitting to yahoo doesn't allow you to use any keywords, just the URL. Does anyone know where I can do the same thing (still for free), but be able to use my keywords? Google also?

1. Don't bother. The search engines will find your site. It'll take a few weeks, but they'll find it.
2. Hi Anon, You have to submit your website to the Search engines, and improve your code, links, etc to have a better positioning. The keywords described as Meta tags will define your positioning. You need to submit you webpage at Search Engines. In the case of Google they add and update new sites to their index each time they crawl the web. They do not add all submitted URLs to they index, and they dont make any predictions or guarantees about when or if submissions will appear. Its up to you to have a clean HTML code using the right keywords to describe it. You dont need to submit just for Google and Yahoo, you still can submit to diferent engines, but certainly the results with Google and Yahoo will be better. Submit to Google's sitemap system using: http://www.google.com/webmasters/sitemaps/login Submit to Yahoo's sitemap system using: https://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/submit Submit to MSN's search engine system using: http://search.msn.com/docs/submit.aspx As for submitting your site to places where you can use your keywords and a description, have you tried: http://strongestlinks.com/directories.php This will get you off to an excellent start. It takes up to about 6 weeks for most Seach Engines to crawl your site, so be patient, ok? :-)
