pls give me some info about the video rental system in the phillipines... is it popular here in the philippines?

1. There's a study for that? Is that like a college degree? Would that be like a "Garbologist"?
2. WHOA! MAN! Video tape rental was a hit and booming business in the 90's. I can name one video rental company and it was ACA but sadly due to the emergence of new technologies and CDs/DVDs, ACA quickly became just another business that went bankrupt I think. I don't know if they're still active in the industry but several of their businesses remain closed or if not a new business is occupying their space.
3. Video rental? I don't think anyone rents movies as you can "buy" pirated movies for 33-50 pesos ($.75 - $1).
