With the popularity of renting videos online, will the video rental store industry go out of business eventually?

1. Yeah, I think so. The cost of keeping the stores is too much. Think that now you can get movies: -On demand on your TV -Online -In the mail -Kiosks like Redbox Blockbuster bought DVDplay to compete with Redbox. Blockbuster knows they can't stick with the stores. That's why they copied Netflix and now Redbox. I live in Colorado and every grocery store had their own video rental store. They are all gone. now there are vending kiosks, Redbox and others.
